So there are really only good things to say about this product! I love the feel of the material and the weight is very nice. Strong vibration and the suction feels incredible. ?? It completely shipped overnight and I can't stop playing with it. My husband has tried a few of these before. They were nothing compared to this one. It comes with a small heater to warm up the toy and feel realistic. It also came with cute panties for Sherry. The inside looks and feels almost real. Especially warmed up. It came with a remote and can also be controlled with your smart phone. The instructions were very simple and to point. FAILURE AFTER FIRST USE, (however support can help)
After using, then cleaning her, the sucking function no longer works. it seems that water (that I used to clean her) may have entered her electronics, and caused a failure The only contact method given is a email, which they are slow to respond to, however patience is of virtue. i attempted 2x, it took them a week to get in contact with me. They were able to determine my toy was faultly, and replaced it It's a great toy, heavy, so a good workout, and the suction function feels amazing! 100% recommended, but don't overflow her cavities with water when cleaning her out!
